For twenty years, LeaderSpring Center has invested in the extraordinary talent, dedication, and vision of progressive grassroots leaders in the San Francisco Bay area. Through our signature leadership development program, we have equipped nearly 250 social sector executives with the knowledge, skills, and networks needed to lead high-performing organizations and drive lasting change. The Leadership Coaching Project is intended as a complement to LeaderSpring’s Fellowship and Impact Consulting programs. The Leadership Coaching Project will provide up to 18 Women of Color LeadStrong Fellows with at least 10 hours of pro-bono executive coaching. After joining our coaching pool, there are opportunities for our coaches to be compensated through our Impact Consulting work.
